The Seoul Human Resource Development Center (SHRDC) announced the launch of the 2024 Online Training Program on “Going Together with the Socially Neglected(GTSD)” policy(ODA Edition), designed for urban experts and public officials from developing countries. This initiative comes in response to the critical challenges, which have significantly deepened urban inequalities and polarization globally.
