- SUSA is a specialized organization under the Seoul Metropolitan Government that plans, identifies, and implements international development cooperation projects.
- The Seoul Metropolitan Government continues to support cities in developing countries, focusing on transportation and smart cities—areas where Seoul has strong policy expertise and that are in high demand among developing-country cities.
- Need to strengthen policy proposal and cooperation governance with the Ministry of Finance and Economy
- Strengthening collaborative governance: The central government, local governments, and relevant organizations should build a more collaborative governance framework to improve information sharing and cooperation.
